What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Oprantis (“we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on oprantis.com and our customer portal at /portal.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a site stores on your device. We also use similar technologies including localStorage, session tokens, and tracking pixels — this policy covers those collectively as “cookies.”
Cookies we use
Essential cookies
Required to make the site and portal work. Includes:
- Clerk session cookies — keep you signed in to /portal
- Stripe session cookies — needed for checkout
- Cloudflare security cookies — bot protection, rate limiting
You can’t opt out of essential cookies without breaking sign-in or checkout.
Analytics cookies
Help us understand how visitors find and use the site. Includes:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — aggregate page views, traffic sources, conversion events. Configured with IP anonymization and 14-month retention.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-respecting page-level metrics; no client-side cookies set by this product.
You can opt out of GA4 by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser, using a GA opt-out browser add-on, or blocking the relevant domains.
Third-party services
The following sub-processors may set cookies when their features are loaded on a page:
- Clerk (clerk.accounts.dev) — authentication on /portal
- Stripe (stripe.com, js.stripe.com) — checkout and customer portal
- Calendly (calendly.com) — consultation booking widget
- Meta Pixel (connect.facebook.net) — conversion tracking when ads are running
- HubSpot — CRM contact attribution (no cookies set on the public site as of April 2026)
Your choices
You can manage cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge all let you block or delete cookies). Note that blocking essential cookies will break sign-in to /portal and Stripe checkout. Blocking analytics cookies has no functional impact.
California residents can exercise CCPA/CPRA rights via the Privacy Policy. EU/UK residents can exercise GDPR/UK-GDPR rights via the same page.
Changes to this policy
We will update the effective date at the top when we change this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers.
