Cookie Policy
Oprantis uses a small amount of browser storage to remember your analytics choice. Optional analytics remain off until you accept them.
1. What the site uses
The site stores your cookie-banner choice in local browser storage so the banner does not appear on every page. This preference is necessary to remember whether you accepted or declined analytics.
2. Optional analytics
If you select “Accept analytics,” Google Analytics may set or read identifiers and collect information such as page views, device and browser details, approximate location, referral source and selected site interactions. Analytics storage is denied by default and remains denied if you decline.
3. Advertising storage
The current consent configuration does not grant advertising storage, ad personalization or user-data use for advertising. If that changes, this policy and the consent interface should be updated before the change is activated.
4. Scheduling
The booking page loads an embedded Calendly calendar. Calendly receives connection and scheduling information and applies its own privacy and cookie controls. The direct calendar link remains available. Oprantis analytics consent is separate from Calendly settings.
5. Change your choice
Use Analytics preferences in the footer to accept or decline Oprantis analytics. After acceptance, campaign labels may be retained for the current tab session and passed to scheduling links for attribution. Declining clears that local campaign record and stops Oprantis analytics events. Previously collected information is not erased by changing your preference.

Microsoft Clarity (optional analytics)
Effective October 15, 2026: after you select Accept analytics, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand website use through masked session recordings and heatmaps. Microsoft receives usage and device information and may use first- and third-party cookies for analytics. Advertising storage remains denied. We mask page text and do not send form answers as analytics events. Recording is limited to public marketing pages; account, payment, onboarding and confidential pages are excluded. Use Analytics preferences to decline and stop future collection. Previous consent is requested again for this addition. No recordings exist from before this collection was configured.
