How the guarantee works
Sign up for any Oprantis plan. Use Aria for 30 days. If Aria doesn't reduce your missed calls — measured by your own call logs against the prior month — email peter@oprantis.com and we refund every dollar you paid. That includes monthly subscription fees AND setup fees. No forms. No hoops. No retention scripts.
Why I offer this
I've spent 25 years in the trades. The standard pattern in our industry is: vendor sells, vendor disappears, vendor charges you for things you didn't get. I built Oprantis to be the opposite. If it doesn't work for your business, you shouldn't pay. The guarantee is the contract that keeps me honest.
What "reduce missed calls" means
I'm not asking for a complicated metric. Pull your call log from your existing phone provider. Count missed calls in the 30 days before Oprantis. Count missed calls in your first 30 days with Aria. If the second number isn't lower than the first, you get a full refund.
I'll go further: most customers see missed calls drop by 60-90% in the first 30 days. If yours doesn't, something is wrong with the configuration, and I'd rather refund you and figure out what didn't work than keep your money on a product that isn't fitting.

- Email peter@oprantis.com with your account details and the call log.
- I respond within 1 business day.
- Stripe refund processed within 5 business days.
- You retain access through the end of your billing cycle (no double-charging by yanking access mid-month).
What's not covered
Honest disclosure:
- If you sign up, never forward your number to Aria, and never give her a chance to answer calls — that's not the guarantee's job. The guarantee covers Aria not working when she's actually deployed, not Aria not working when she's not given calls.
- The first 30 days is the window. After day 31, you're on the standard cancel-anytime monthly billing — no contract, but no automatic refund of past months either.
- Custom voice training (Concierge tier) requires production work on our side. If you cancel after voice training has begun, the voice training portion of the setup fee is non-refundable. Subscription fees are still fully refundable.
Why no fine print games
Most SaaS guarantees are designed to make refunds painful — long forms, retention calls, "are you sure" loops, partial-refund-only on certain plans. I think that's a sign the company knows the product doesn't work as promised. Oprantis works. If it doesn't for your specific business, I'd rather refund you fast and fix what didn't fit than waste both our time.
